Retail Store Flat Roof Restoration by Samuel Gingerich
An aging, weathered flat roof over an open retail hardware store in Durango, Colorado, restored by network contractor Samuel Gingerich. The store stayed open through the whole job. The deck was cleaned, seams and penetrations were sealed, walkway paths were marked in safety yellow, and a Conklin white reflective system was applied over the existing roof.

Leaking Metal Roofs Restored by Sam Yoder
A network contractor serving Bloomington, Indiana and Louisville, Kentucky. This building had active leaks and rusting panels. Instead of a tear-off, the roof was cleaned, seams and fasteners were sealed, and a Conklin white reflective system was applied over the existing deck.

Real project, before & after
Spray Foam Roof Coated by Neal Lambright
A network contractor serving Pueblo, Colorado. Spray polyurethane foam gives the roof a seamless, insulated surface, but bare foam breaks down in sunlight. A Conklin white reflective topcoat protects the foam, seals the rooftop penetrations, and reflects heat off the building.
